Dongguan Tathing plastic & mold Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2005, the company is committed to the development of the automotive industry in the development and production of injection molding parts. To actively cooperate with the needs of customers, we not only have the ability to mold development and injection molding, is also equipped with spraying production line, screen printing, assembly and other secondary processing, provide the "one-stop" solutions for customers. 

Since the inception of the company, we actively implement the ISO9000 and TS16949 quality management system, persist in the quality management policy of "management innovation, quality first, customer first, continuous improvement", and constantly optimize the production process, strictly supervise and control the forming process to the mold in the R & D, design process and manufacturing, to win the trust of customers by ensuring the product quality.

At present, Tathing company mainly provide mold and plastic products to the automotive industry, household appliances, office equipment and other industries. Since the beginning of 2005, Tathing has been continuously supporting the customer to complete the auto trim, functional parts of mold and plastic products production and delivery. Especially in the automotive cooling system parts: Water tank, Air tank making process. Tathing has accumulated many years of experience for the product pre deformation. Presently we mainly supply the mold and plastic products to the following several terminal customers: BMW, GM, NISSAN, HONDA, MITSUBISHI etc.

Tathing company follows the TS16949 quality management system, persist in the guiding ideology "mold is coming from development and design ", every time before the mold design, meeting will be held by the engineering department、project department and production department, to analyze the DFMEA and MOLDFLOW, according to the defects of existing products and problems in the mold process, put forward the feasible suggestions for improvement to the customer consultation.

The company is currently equipped with the largest crane 30T for making large mold such as: car front and rear bumpers, door panels. The annual production capacity is more than 300 sets of medium and large molds
